Hard Boiled Egg - Cooking Class

Mr. T and I made Hard Boiled Eggs from his Cooking Class cookbook one day for lunch. They were super easy to make, but something good for kids to learn. Mr. T was excited to learn the process. He already enjoys hard-boiled eggs and I'm so glad because they are a good healthy source of protein.

When they were done we opted to chill them in the fridge for a while instead of running cold water over them. Then we made little egg mice with cut vegetables. He got a bit frustrated when trying to get the vegetables stuck into the eggs, but we worked together and made it look like a mouse.

There was nothing special about the taste they simple hard-boiled eggs. Mostly it was just fun to have Mr. T try making something new and he was very excited about the results.
